Registration in courses offered in Summer 2024 is available to students via ACORN

Example: R and R approvals, BD taking AD courses, LoA , Course Work Extensions, Program Extensions.

Summer Invoices for DMin Program Fees are available via ACORN. Students in programs with course fees will see invoices from this date and are adjusted as courses are added.

Last day for instructors to submit requests for new courses, change to canonical information to existing courses and reactivation of courses. For online forms and further information please see: https://www.tst.edu/curriculum-course-approvals

Students wishing to graduate in the Fall of 2024 (REG and SMC) must submit their approved thesis to the GCTS by this date. See Section C11 (PhD) or D11 (DMin) in the Graduate Degree Handbook for information.

Minimum payment must be made and posted to student's ACORN account to complete registration. Depending on the method used to make payment it may take up to 10 business days for payments to show on the record, so early payment is recommended.

Deadline for Colleges to have grades from Winter 2024 S courses and Fall Y courses posted to ROSI. Colleges may set earlier dates for faculty to submit grades.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive approved theses for examination from students with contiuous registration in the DMin and ThM programs ONLY, for students to be exempt from paying Summer 2024 Tuition fees. Ancillary and Incidental fees still apply.

Last day for TST Registrar to receive the completed registration form and Letter of Permission from the student's home institution. Please note that students pay tuition fees to TST for summer courses the rate is different for domestic and international students and on the level of the course.
