Applications for admission to TST's conjoint* basic degree programs are managed by each TST member college separately, as each college sets its own admissions criteria and program curriculum.

*Degrees are conferred conjointly by a TST member college and the University of Toronto.

Master of Divinity (MDiv)
Offered by all member colleges
Master of Theological Studies (MTS)
Offered by all member colleges, with two streams offered by specific colleges
- Theology, Spirituality and the Arts Stream
Offered by Emmanuel College, Regis College, University of St. Michael's College Faculty of Theology, and University of Trinity College Faculty of Divinity - Urban Community Development Stream
Offered by Wycliffe College
Master of Religious Education (MRE)
Offered by University of St. Michael's College Faculty of Divinity and St. Augustine's Seminary
Master of Pastoral Studies (MPS)
Offered by Emmanuel College and Knox College, with three streams:
- Social Service Stream
- Worship and Preaching Stream
- Spiritual Care Stream with a Certificate in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy*
